Isabella's Preschool Graduation

Isabella graduated from preschool tonight. Although, I am not really sure why they graduate preschool, other than to make pregnant mommies cry (guilty), it was very cute. They sang some songs, and gave daddy a painted rock and mommy a yellow carnation. She was very proud of herself, and now my baby is going to go to a REAL school. It seems like only yesterday she was an itty bitty baby. Boy, what am I going to do when it is high school....

Catch Up.....

The kids were able to go back to school early...yea! They hardly realized they had missed any days at all.

I have been a little behind with pictures lately, with our busy busy days, but here are a few things that have ben going on. Isabella turned 5 (previously mentioned, I believe), Isabella learned to ride her bike without training wheels. She had told us that when she turned 5 she would ride her bike like a big girl and also eat broccoli. (Broccoli still to be determined!) She got a new bicycle for her birthday, but because it is bigger (and she is short), she had to learn on the little bike first, hopefully, soon she can ride the big on too. We also went the the Astros/Cubs game. Mason had a blast. He loves baseball more than I have ever seen a child his age like anything. It is very cute.

downers...decisions...progress

The kids are out of school until May 19. Apparently there was a case of the swine flu. I feel this is becoming a little too close for comfort, now. We are watching the kids for evrey little sneeze or nose run. I am also nervous being pregnant and being so close to this thing that no one seems to know "nothing" about.

We are also trying to decide if Richard will ride in Endymion again next year. It is so hard with us being out of town, and with us having a new baby, that will be an extra kink in our plans. He has rode for 8 years, though, and I think it would kinda be sad to not be a part of it. Decisions decisions decisions......

Mason has been taking speech now for 3 months, and he is starting to make good progress. He talks a lot more now than he used to. At first we noticed a big difference in the amount we understood, but then it tapered off for a while. I think he just started talking so much, and so fast, we didn;'t know where to start to understand. However.....I am very proud to announce that last night he asked for "noooo Dles" for dinner. (Instead of he normal "noo ulz") So, even though I had already prepared potatoes as the starch, I promptly prepared him his very own nooDles.
